Helping Scale Support for Students and Faculty: Open Access During COVID-19

This week, we’ve seen first hand the anxiety felt by institutions who are facing the possibility of closure due to COVID-19. And while every institution has unique challenges during this time, one consistent message we’ve heard is a concern about how to effectively communicate with faculty and students during this time. Managing the flow of questions and providing timely updates can be overwhelming for any support staff, especially those working with a reduced team.

To help institutions streamline communication and support, InScribe is offering free access through spring term to any college, university, or program facing campus closure due to COVID-19.

How does InScribe help?

InScribe communities create collaborative spaces for your faculty, students, and staff to ask questions, seek answers, share feedback, and stay connected. InScribe communities can be organized around courses, topic areas, and groups of people—so you can deliver the right information, to the right individuals, at the right time. Unlike email or phone calls, answers provided in InScribe are immediately available to every community member, reducing the need to answer the same questions again and again or update a list of website FAQs. InScribe is always available so your faculty, staff, and students can get answers and connect with one another whenever they need.
